Find an offending VM that is an IO pig

Is there any way via InfoSight (or vCenter) for that matter, to find what VM is being an IO pig? There is some process that happens every night in our environment that absolutely crushes one of our CS300s. I can't find a way to sniff out the culprit short of going through performance graphs of 100s of VMs. Anyone have ideas that don't involve me running esxtop on 50 VM hosts at 4 AM to find the offender?
