I can access my Nimble GUI, but I cannot access my SSH session. Is there a way to reset my SSH credentials via the GUI? Or is there a root password I can use?
Good question. I believe you may need to contact Nimble support with this one: firstname.lastname@example.org
It should use the same admin (or user) passwords
If you can get into the GUI and not ssh then you may want to check that ssh/port 22 isn't being blocked by our firewall
I also believe you can only SSH into the active controller. Are you attempting to login to the management IP or one of the troubleshooting IPs?
