As you're entering a case description, InfoSight is busy in the background searching thousands and thousands of support knowledge artifacts from customers around the world in real time to get you the best possible answer - at light speed! You are now armed with the same level of information that our Level 3 support uses when resolving issues, thereby enabling you to save time and resolve issues faster. 

 

This can be accessed on InfoSight. On the Top Menu select Support -> New Case

Once you start typing in the Summary box, the dark boxes to the right of the case form will start to appear with articles from our level 3 support engineer knowledge base. Click on an box and you are taken to the full article:
